What’s new in HeyTrade’s WebApp
We continue to enhance the features of the HeyTrade WebApp to provide you with a superior investing experience on your chosen device.
You can now buy, view or sell BlackRock multi-asset funds through the web version of our platform. Until today, only funds that had been purchased in the mobile App could be checked and sold via WebApp.
We always listen to your feedback and work hard to incorporate it whenever possible. You asked us to increase the WebApp’s automatic session timeout, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. The inactivity lockout time has been increased from 5 to 30 minutes, after which you will have to re-enter a security code to continue investing.
In addition, we make improvements to the graphics and overall performance of the WebApp regularly.
How to access the web version of HeyTrade?
To access the web version, simply go to the HeyTrade website and click on the “Login” button in the top right corner. It is also possible to access it directly from web.heytrade.com.
The login credentials for the web app are the same as for the mobile version. To add an extra layer of security, during login we apply a two-step authentication protocol. This means that, during the process, you will also be asked for a six-digit code (which you will receive in the email address associated with your account). In the upper right corner, you can change the language of the app and choose between dark or light display.
