What to expect from HeyTrade in 2022

New year, new functionalities. Here are some of the new features we will be launching during the next ride around the sun.

Hey, web version

More accessible. More convenient. Omnichannel. This is how the HeyTrade investing experience will be in the new year. In the first months of 2022, we will enable the web version of our platform. Since we went live – just three months ago – this has been one of the features you have been asking for the most. We have paid attention, we have put a lot of effort into this development and we are eager to share the results. The initial version will allow you to access your portfolio and trade, although over time we will be adding additional and exclusive functionalities for the web format.

Hey, crypto

Cryptocurrencies are becoming an increasingly important part of many people’s investment strategy, and their inclusion in HeyTrade’s portfolio was only a matter of time. Developing the technology necessary to offer access to crypto assets in a secure, transparent and simple way is something we have been thinking about for a long time, and we are very, very close to making our vision a reality. We want those who decide to take their first steps in investing in a cryptocurrency to do so with the greatest possible security.

Thomas Hobbes said it in the mid-17th century: Information is power. In the financial world, this statement is especially true. We want you to join HeyTrade, and we want you to do so with the conviction that you have made the right choice. That’s why we’ve created a feature that will lay all the cards on the table. Our new fee comparator will allow you to get a report of all the commissions your current broker has charged you over the last two years, and show you how much the same trades would have cost you at HeyTrade. If you like what you see, just click a button to start the portfolio transfer and our Customer Success and Operations teams can facilitate the whole process.

As until now, in 2022 we will continue to listen to and value your requests, adding new stocks and ETFs to the catalog and improving the usability of our application. For the moment, we can already tell you that we will soon include new ways to add funds to your wallet (hey, card payments!), and we will streamline the onboarding process so that it will be possible to register with a non-Spanish passport. We are also working on adding new orders (limit, stop loss, etc.), and this is just the beginning!
