HeyTrade launches its WebApp
HeyTrade users will be able to manage their portfolio from a secure, simple and intuitive web page.
Today we present a new release! We are launching a pilot web version of our application to continue facilitating its users’ trading activity.
Our clients will now be able to manage their investments and access the more than 1,600 national and international assets currently available on our platform from a computer or tablet. In this way, we are responding to one of the most recurring requests from our customers: to be able to trade through a website in a secure and easy way.
With this first web version of the WebApp, registered users will be able to clearly visualize information about their account and portfolio, as well as continue to enjoy the personalized customer service that characterizes us. In the coming months, the range of services available through the website, which has been designed taking into account the main criteria of accessibility and usability, will be gradually expanded. For the time being, in order to comply with highest security standards —which require biometric identification, SMS reception, and the capture of images—, the app’s onboarding process must be carried out from the mobile version.

How to access the web version of HeyTrade?
To access the web version, simply go to the HeyTrade website and click on the “Login” button in the top right corner. It is also possible to access it directly from web.heytrade.com.
The login credentials for the web app are the same as for the mobile version. To add an extra layer of security, during login we apply a two-step authentication protocol. This means that, during the process, you will also be asked for a six-digit code (which you will receive in the email address associated with your account). In the upper right corner, you can change the language of the app and choose between dark or light display.
