HeyTrade temporarily eliminates commissions on card top-ups

Starting today, adding funds to your HeyTrade account with a credit or debit card will cost you nothing.

If you have a valid Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, you can now add funds to your HeyTrade wallet in no time and for free.

We have decided to temporarily remove this fee due to a number of delays in top-ups via Open Banking. In order to allow our users to operate as smoothly as possible, adding funds by card will be free of charge until the issues affecting the data aggregation system of some of the banks supported by HeyTrade are resolved.

We remind you that the maximum monthly limit for adding funds by card is 2,000 euros. This limit resets on the first day of each month. For example, if you add the maximum balance allowed on September 30, you will be able to top up your card again on October 1.

What do you need to know about card top-ups?

• They’re secure and instantaneous.
• The minimum amount for a top-up is 100 euros.
• The maximum monthly amount for a top-up is 2,000 euros.
• Your card must be Visa or Mastercard.
• The top-up currency must be the Euro.
• Withdrawals must be made via PSD2 or SEPA transfer.

For your convenience, your card details will be stored in your profile until it expires. You can delete this information at any time from the “Payment methods” section of the app.
